JBC Timesheet System Policies
Employment At Will:
PLEASE NOTE that at no time is your freelance, temporary and or consulting
assignment through Jonathan Beth Consultants meant to imply that your
employment is for any specific duration, subject to any particular
guarantee or that your employment will not be subject to the JBC Handbook
located on this site under Employee Resorces.
Approval Deadlines:
Timesheets are to be submitted on a Monday through Sunday work week.
For example, if you work on Monday February 7th, 2005 through Sunday
February 13th, 2005 you are to log into the JBC Timesheet System on
Sunday February 13th, 2006 and enter your hours for that week.
Your Manager has until Wednesday February 16th, 2005 (the Wednesday
immediately preceeding your week of work) at 4:00pm est (1:00pm pst)
to approve your timesheet.
You will be paid each Friday following your week of work provided
your timesheet is submitted and approved under the criteria set forth
above.
Direct Deposit Policies:
In the event that you are electing Direct Deposit during your setup
process it is very important to pay close attention to the information
you are entering. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide
us with your correct Routing (transit) number and your correct
Account Number. Any incorrect Account or Transit Numbers provided
by you during your setup process with Jonathan Beth Consultants will
result in a one time charge to you of $25.00 to cover our banking
costs associated with any returned Direct Deposits.
Current Personal Information:
As an employee of JBC, it is your responsibility to maintain current
and accurate information with JBC. Should your information you provided
during your setup change or should you identify that you provided
JBC with incorrect information then you must promptly notify a JBC
representative at (212) 355-3197.
